Geneva Financial Welcomes New Quality Control Specialist Diana Lopez to Geneva Corporate

Diana Lopez has officially joined us at our corporate office! Diana will help continue the outstanding service and human touch that Geneva Financial strives for!

Diana started in the mortgage industry in 1990, at 21 working as a General Clerk for a multi-lending division of a bank where she learned the fundamentals of lending and how a loan works from start to finish.

Throughout Diana’s journey in LoanSetup, Processing, Underwriting, Disclosures, Operations, and Appraisal Admin, all of these experiences have propelled her into a Compliance role. She loves work projects and analyzing a way to always improve a customer’s experience. Diana is excited to learn more and hopefully be able to share her knowledge as well.

She is motivated by her family. She and her husband recently celebrated their 32-year anniversary. They have three grown children and one 7 yr old grandson who keeps them on their toes. Also, they are loving their new home, just having moved from Orange County, CA to Apple Valley, CA. Just under an acre of horse property, though they do not have a horse yet. However, they do have an association man-made beach/lake Marina country club which keeps them active.
