Nicole Galchutt arranged for the financing of my home and a rental house purchase on Kaua’i in parallel during the summer of 2021. I have previously worked with mortgage brokers many years ago while on the Mainland. Nicole stands out as exceptional and a stellar find based on my experience.
She is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable, efficient, and so patient. Nicole gleefully and thoughtfully ran many financing scenarios that I requested to achieve certain financial metrics, and even went so far as to change the spreadsheet organization of her scenarios to match one I had shown her with some of my numbers on her own initiative! Her patience with explaining terms and steps in the mortgage financing process highlighted her knowledge, patience, and communication skills.
Nicole was a joy to work with, and her pleasant and helpful communication regardless of the method— e-mail, text, or phone call– was always reassuring, much appreciated, and right on the mark. She is very service-oriented and always was happy to help. Even after the purchases were finished, she happily and thoughtfully assisted as I sought clarification of some aspects of the process for my early mortgage payments. I feel very fortunate that she was part of my team working for me to successfully execute the property purchases in a difficult market. Nicole was everything I could have hoped for! I heartily recommend her without reservation.
