Now that the holidays are in full swing it’s time to get in the spirit of the season and binge-watch some of our favorite holiday classics. Below is a list of great movies for the family to watch together! Brew a batch of hot cocoa, grab some snacks, and feast on some popcorn for our Very Merry Watchlist!

We also want to challenge you a little bit, we are designating Saturdays as “Marathon Days” and involve you watching not just one movie, but the whole series!

Here is your list of movies to watch! The Saturday marathon days are highlighted in bold and streaming services that have each movie have also been added. Season’s streaming’s to you and yours!

Dec. 1 – Elf (Max, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video)

Dec. 2The Christmas Chronicles

Who can say no to Kurt Russell as Santa Claus? The first marathon is an easy one with only 2 movies to watch, both Netflix originals.

Dec. 3 – Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Dec. 4 – Die Hard (YouTube, Tubi, Hulu, Sling TV, Amazon Prime Video)

*If you’re part of the crowd that believes this is NOT a Christmas move, substitute this with Jingle All The Way (Disney+, Sling TV)

Dec. 5 – A Christmas Story (Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Sling TV)

Dec. 6 – Miracle on 34th Street (Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video)

Dec. 7 – Four Christmases (Max, Hulu, Sling TV, Amazon Prime Video)

Dec. 8 – Love Actually (Netflix, Philo)

Dec. 9Daddy’s Home Series

(Paramount+, Amazon Prime Video, Sling TV)

Marky Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell pair up together in this battle of opposites. With 2 movies to watch, this should be easier to manage. Both are available on Paramount+, Sling TV, and Amazon Prime Video.

Dec. 10 – Gremlins (Sling TV, The Roku Channel, Amazon Prime Video, Philo)

Dec. 11 – The Polar Express (Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video)

Dec. 12 – The Grinch (Peacock, fuboTV, Hulu)

*How the Grinch Stole Christmas starring Jim Carrey is available for purchase on multiple platforms.

*The 1966 animated version of the film is available on Peacock and other platforms for purchase

Dec. 13 – Fred Claus (Hulu, Sling TV, Amazon Prime Video, Max)

Dec. 14 – National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation (Sling TV, Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video)

Dec. 15 – Klaus (Netflix)

Dec. 16The Santa Clause Series

(Disney+)

Tim Allen stars as a normal dad thrust into becoming the next Santa Claus. These 3 movies, all on Disney+ are great to watch with the whole family. To add to the viewing experience, there is also a reboot TV series with 2 seasons available now on Disney+.

Follow Macaulay Culkin as he wards off home invaders with wacky traps in these Christmas classics! This one can be especially challenging. This entails 3 feature films and numerous direct-to-DVD movies bringing the total up to 6.

Dec. 24 – A Charlie Brown Christmas (Apple TV)

Dec. 25 – The Muppet Christmas Carol (Hulu and Disney+)

*Bonus marathon if you also watch Jim Carrey’s A Christmas Carol (Disney+)
