He is an amazing, very professional and experienced lender. I am a realtor; It was the most difficult transaction we ever had, lasted 2.5 months plus post occupancy agreement… and issues every step of the way… income issues, credit report issues, inspection issues, appraisal issues… we switched 6 lenders in the process, but thankfully found Bill who works with difficult transactions, and he didn’t disappoint! We were able to close!
