Ingredients (5 Flavors of Smoothies)

Strawberry smoothie

Blueberry smoothie

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, add your frozen fruit, milk, and optional ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

I used unsweetened almond milk as it is the lowest in calories of all the milk options out there. Any milk can be used.

For a thicker smoothie, add some ice.
