The Blackstone 28″ griddle is the absolute best grill I have ever cooked on. The size is perfect. It is just as big as my old 4 burner Char broil grill. The set up was so simple, took about 10 minutes to complete. Just remember to season the cooktop before the 1st time you cook. I used the blackstone conditioner and seasoning oil. Highly recommend that brand. I seasoned it 4 times back to back to back to back then I was ready to cook. After each use I scrape the griddle top and wipe down with olive oil and it’s ready for the next use. Absolutely love everything about this grill.

I ordered this grill for my husbands birthday. We have a BBQ grill and a smoker, but the black stone is King for cooking bacon, eggs and burgers. We love our Blackstone. I definitely would recommend purchasing the metal cover to protect the cooking surface. Also read all instructions for seasoning the grill and cleaning it.
